Ebb Flow Yogi offers private yoga in the Boulder, CO area that is more than just a fitness class. Each session consists of Asanas (poses), Pranayama (breath) and Meditation to help you calm the mind, relax the body and find the wisdom within. 

Uniting the body, mind and spirit in each practice with uniquely designed, custom yoga sessions just for you.  Each session will include the following:

Asanas   Plan a class with your teacher that fits your needs by choosing or mixing different styles: Vinyasa Flow, Power, Beginner, Partner, and Restorative.

Pranayama  Control of breath. Beneficial to health, steadies the body and is highly conducive to the concentration of the mind. 

Meditation Clears the mind and restores our inner peace.
